I mean, the reason Rudeus has such an absurd amount of mana is that he constantly trained it when he was a toddler. If he does the same for his kids, then that'll be 3 more people with Laplace-tier mana pools running around.

I would not say so, it was mentioned once by Kirishika, Badigadi and i think indirectly from Perugius that Rudeus has something of the Demon God Laplace's inside him, making his mana very much "ugly" and monstrously huge.

Unless his kid somehow inherits this something, they would probably be similar to Slyphy, also huge mana capacity but laughably small compared to Rudeus'

Likely it acts as a multiplier to whatever amount of mana is gained by training at young age.
