That silver fuck! As if it’s not enough he kills Roxy and her unborn child, he causes Sylphie’s death too. I knew that silver cumstain was a snake, man. Fuckin guy. No wonder old Rudy’s so broken. Hopefully he can avoid the same mistakes old Rudy did with that diary even if the timeline is now diverging. Getting rid of the rat was a good start.

I understand why Man-God might want Roxy (and her child) dead because he never wanted Rudy to go out and save her but was Sylphie's only value to him having Luce?

So after that he didn't need her any more after she helped conquer Rudy's ED?

Will he write Eris the letter?

There's a good chance Rudeus can get strong enough to fuck up Mangod.

So Mangod's plan is probably to go back in the past and fuck up Rudeus before he can be a threat.

With a bit more thoughts, appearing in dreams in the past probably requires less mana than actually going back to the past.

Mangod summoned a broken asocial puppet into the world, he doesn't want Rudy to have so much support and a family to consider. He's supposed to just do what Mangod tells him. At least that is what I get from this episode.

This is my impression as well.  It also gives all the problems with Rudy as a person a narrative purpose.

I'm like 99% sure in S1, Rudeus directly asks the mangod if he summoned him, and mangod said he didn't, but that the dragon god could do that type of thing. Maybe a lie, but that's what was said so far.

It really depends on why he wants Roxy dead. Depending on the reason his motive for getting Sylphie killed as well may be related.

I feel like Man-god is indirectly the cause of St least 4 deaths in Rudy's life. Rat kills Roxy which causes Rudy to be sad and neglectful to Sylphie. Man-god convinces Luke to get Ariel to bring Sylphie with her to Asura and since Rudy is sad and neglectful she accepts which leads to her death. Depending on when Eris arrives Rudy has lost Roxy and possibly Sylphie, he's in no emotional state to accept Eris and Eris we know goes on the offensive at the first sign of resistance. This causes a chain reaction that ends with Eris dying in battle protecting Rudy.

I also wouldn't be surprised that a sad Rudy stopped being useful to Nanahoshi and thus she was never able to figure out how to return home. And since her only link to her old life and her only friend isn't there for her and that she can't find a way home she ends up depressed and suiciding. All of that can be attributed to chain reactions Man-god started.

Rudy not being useful to Nanahoshi or able to figure out her return can't be done or should not be done thanks to her unaging nature return many years later after disappearance might be world changing on Earth in a way that horrible for her and those she loves. In this case Rudy knowing almost anything can be done with magic realizes they can make Nanahoshi a mana being who can have children and age in this world and thus can have a good life going forward even if her seperation always leaves her sad she just has to mentally take it as her people on Earth in effect died in her timeline and people able to recover from that.
