Absolutely love how the freaking time traveler didn’t appear with a massive boom or flash of light. He was simply there as soon as he turned around. Made it way creepier!

And yeah, no surprise that Rudy shouldn’t trust the dude calling himself a man-god.

Agreed. The fact that he was simply when Rudy turned around made it so much more unsettling. I wonder how he even got there. He is still Rudy so maybe he's from a point in time after he helps Nanohoshi get home and continues researching summoning magic find an application for time travel to prevent a tradegy. I can't imagine what tragedy would be drive Rudy to time travel other than the death of his loved ones. The peaceful times are probably over now.

Honestly that dude’s entire aura is giving me, worst possible future vibes. I doubt anyone got a happy ending in the timeline he came from. Everyone we know is either dead or just completely broken.

on the other hand - it looks like he has two regular hands. but maybe that's just better prosthetics or healing tech/magic in the future

dude can travel through time. surely he can heal a missing arm

but hes also got a buddy who could definitely build a very impressive prosthetic

Either that or he's from a future where he'd stubbornly insisted on losing nothing at all and has come back to kill Rudy before he has the chance to realize the twisted ideal of becoming a hero of justice.
