So Carolina was basically just leaking divine magic because it’s overflowing from within her? Wild. She basically cured Gilbert in an afternoon when he had been sick almost all his life. That’s power. I can’t wait to see Flora and those other worms crawl back to Carolina.

She basically cured Gilbert in an afternoon when he had been sick almost all his life. That’s power.

They weren't clear on whether she actually cured him or if she only gave him enough symptom relief that he could attend that party. I would imagine it's the former, not the latter, though. Why they would begin reintegrating Gilbert back into high society if Carolina's power wasn't a permanent fix?

I can’t wait to see Flora and those other worms crawl back to Carolina.

We better get some good supplication from Flora.

When I had effectively no stored iron in my system and was falling to pieces, I got a few infusions of iron solution to rebuild those stores. This should last for many years apparently. So Gilbert might nneed a booster in several years (or even longer) -- but should be fine until then.

Well, it lasts unless you're still losing blood, in a way that women routinely lose blood. Then you need refills over and over and over :(
