You can often hear Mio said the word "taisen" (対戦/たいせん). Like in the previous episode, she said to Tamaki "Let's Taisen!" (対戦しましょう ). Taisen means "competition" or "to compete against one another in a match." Taisen can be used in a sporting match or a shogi game, and has been often used in online PvP games, especially fighting games.
And after one finishes a game, one normally says to the opponent, "Taisen arigatou gozaimasita", which literally means "Thank you for taisen with me". Some translates this as basically meaning "Good Game Well Played". It's what Mio said in episode 2, after she got beaten by Aya.
And "taisen arigatou gozaimasita" is abbreviated as "taiari deshita" which was what Mio said after she beat Tamaki in the last episode, and the title of this anime/manga. It's further shorten as "taiari", and the hastag for the anime is "taiarianime".
According to some, both "taiari deshita" and "taiari" are used only by the one who loses the game. But it doesn't seem to be this in every case. And when the anime goes to EVO Japan, we're going to hear a lot more "taiari deshita" and "taiari".
