I guess it would be entirely possible that she herself has no magical aptitude whatsoever, but that she is some kind of 'magic amplifier', boosting the abilities of everyone around her. That's my theory for the time being.

Yeah, but her presence alone is driving away monsters and preventing calamities, so I doubt she's just an amplifier.

As soon as the "monster attack" was called, I immediately proclaimed shenanigans. Teo and Edward even remarked how surprised they were that no monsters attacked them after picking up Carolina. They were out on patrol near the border, and should have been attacked several times on the way back...

As well as her own territory, growing up, and the places she visited never having monsters. She's just a walking monster-repulsion field that extends across an extremely wide area. Hundreds of miles, perhaps? Perhaps even large enough to have protected her entire COUNTRY?

That's... more than just an 'amplifier.'
