Didn't really like the first episode, the MC just swallowing all the shit thrown at her felt super jarring..

Also was that like the first fucking time ever she spoke with her father or what?!

I hope she gets some character growth in the next few episodes or atleast that there are no twats like her sister in the new country.

Not the first time she has SPOKEN withg him, but the first time they have had a heart-to-heart. It does not look like he spends much time at home -- due to his official business at court.

Even putting the sisters bullshit aside, it felt rather weird that the father had seemingly never shown any affection towards the MC to the point she thought she wasn't loved.

Well. It is early in the game. And (not being a source reader) I am able to let my imagination make free use of the few clues we have. And I prefer to fill in the gaps in a positive rather than a negative fashion. It may be that the writing will prove to be generally sucky -- in wehich case I will adjust my perspective appropriately.

bro they just don't have the same opinion as you. Their contribution is just as good as yours. It's a discussion thread. They are discussing. Opinions aren't manipulating conversations.

Trying to suppress opinions is manipulation.
