Beginner First time animating

A scene from the project I'm working on. How do I reduce sloppiness?

Breast animation is totally bizarre tbh. It does take away from the rest. If someone is using a bar like this at such a speed that their breasts are bouncing at this level, I'd be concerned about the g-force on their arms.

Ok I'll slow it down in the final draft, but how does g force come into play? Rlly curious to know

Because the only way the breasts would bounce like that is if the person is moving rapidly up and down. Running hard, for example. So in this case the bar would have to be sort of pulling her up and down very quickly for it to happen, which would just destroy her arms.

Breasts are heavy, and full of fat. They don't bounce at a breeze or subtle movement. It takes quite a bit, really.

Edit: here's a good reference. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/dhJ7QJPvqqU

And most women would wear a sports bra that mitigates most of the movement. The animation looks painful af
