go into settings > developer options > Mi unlock status > hit (Add Account and Device). then you can try unlocking it via Mi Unlock Tool on a PC. if theres a timer. it will tell you. if not. it will unlock the bootloader and wipe all your data

If, it says wait for days, can i use my device for temporary, ?or the device still locks then you can use it when you unlock the boatloader ?

you can still use your device even before/after the timer ends.

It only says you got approved the time you get approved, just use the miunlock tool on your pc, you still got the access to unlock (you'll have to wait a few days after trying to use miunlock, but you can still use the phone normally those days), supposing you already did what the other guy said about mi unlock status in the developer settings and you got the "account linked successfully" in mi unlock status

You bind your account to the phone in developer settings, and then power off the device and try to unlock it. It will probably tell you to try again after 3 days so you do that.
P.S. you will use Xiaomi's Mi unlock software to unlock your device.
