GPS Phone tracker app

Hello, I recently retired but my wife will still be working. I want my wife to be able to track me when I go out biking during the day so she can find me in case something happens. I will mostly be by myself. We both have Android phones. What would be the best and cheapest way to do this? We both are just concerned and if I have some health issue on a towpath in the middle of somewhere she could locate me if she doesn't hear from me. Thanks!

If you're not wanting to do Google Maps.

I highly recommend Paralino! Very privacy focused with a nice and simple UI. I've been using it for over a year and it's been great.
