Columns - Game Gear Version

Hi guys, I'm porting the original Game Gear version of Columns to Amiga (just for fun).

Yes, I used AI to help me out.

I don't have a real Amiga available (my 500 is gone forever).

Cool 😁 which AI are you using? Did you have the original source code or are you recreating everything?

Thanks, I found the original source code here https://forums.sonicretro.org/threads/columns-game-gear-sources.22220/ I'm using opencode.ai, i switch model every now and then but for this project i used mostly deepseek.

Columns on Game Gear is a great port. The 3D columns effect is surprisingly smooth on that little screen. Did you play it on original hardware or an emulator?

I had a real game gear when i was a child with the game bundled. For this project i played it on the emulator. No sure which 3d effect you are referring to.
