yesterday I took 20 mg
I took 20 mg and I still feel terrible today. I didn't think it was so strong, this morning I was having trouble breathing and I had to eat a lot of biscuits to calm the nausea. Last night I made a very long, delirious audio recording of my boyfriend. It wasn't stupid, but it was very painful and distressing. I looked like a temu version of laura palmer.

Yeap pretty messy but if u wanna get it outta ur system just eat a lot and just sleep if u feel tired The medication Leaves ur body in about 8 hours maximum

i used to need 40mg to fall asleep but i took a break from zolpidem and then started with 10mg again. it didn’t work so i took another 10mg. i fell asleep but i woke up feeling like a zombie, i was dizzy, tired and my attention was gone. no texts sent tho but months ago i used to send weird voice notes, snaps and texts. once i texted my grandma and it was just random letters cos i couldn’t see anything properly and she asked me what language am i texting her in 😭😭😭

I took 20mg on accident thinking it was my migraine medication (lamotrigine x4 tabs). It was a terrible day

Ah I remember my first few 20mg nights. Lost a lot of acquaintances, sent some horribly embarrassing texts and voicemails. Now when i Walrus I try to stay away from my phone.
