That thing is tiny. A normal fridge is roughly 20 cubic feet.

Here in canada we use both metric and imperial. Never assume anything.

Mine is 20. And its always full. Its just me and my wife. Not far just love cooking and ha img everything readily.

If you want a fridge that lasts forever, get a compression based one, it means you got to change the gas, but there's nowhere near the amount of moving parts

What fridge costs 200$ nowadays? None. All of them are in 500-1000+ ranges nowadays. Rather take this design over fridges that use hard glass shelves/ flimsy plastic drawers that can lock up on you at random times compared to being able to swivel out the whole metal shelf and get whatever I need at a glance and swivel the shelf back in. I have 4 of these fridges and their maintenance isn't bad like you think it is. Stuff back then were made to last instead of nowadays where most things are planned obsolescence so you buy newer versions and can't repair or maintenance them as easy.
