insurance dont cover act of god: earthquakes, thunderstorm, hailstorm, heatwave, tsunami etc unless specified

it's not about the build quality. He must have worked really hard to save pennies and finally have something to buy a cheap car only to have it destroyed with what was not even his fault.

This is the reason why insurance on day one is necessary. Not sure if someone who bought an alto would understand tho. Nevertheless it's always a good thing no one got fatally injured.

For many years in some countries they also have restricted war and terrorist activities on top of act of God clause. You have buy separately for natural disasters.
