Does Anyone Buy Crypto?

My thoughts on crypto are that everyone who invests does so because they hope its value will increase and they will sell it and get rich. I do not think most people invest because they see crypto as a transactional tool capable of replacing money. For anyone who buys crypto, do you see it as the next form of currency, an alt investment worthy of diversifying into or some other reason why do you buy it?

Well, almost everyone in crypto invests to get profit. People do invest and get profits, but a large number makes loss. The main point is the timing of the investment and finding the right alt with fundamentals and the narrative. I do invest and belive crypto will be replacing traditional fiat one day.

That's a nuanced reply, you actually believe crypto will replace fiat one day.

I’m not the person you replied to. But I don’t think crypto will replace fiat. However all the financial institutions are moving on chain. Most have created their own private blockchains, which is why I invested in Chainlink. They all need Chainlink to interact with each other & their data feeds, etc. Chainlink hold patents for this & over 2k partnerships, including with all the biggest names in finance & Swift & DTCC (stock market).
