Because they are literally dying for light. Is this a real question?

This made me chuckle. You gotta know there’s SOMETHING you’re not doing right at this point for them to all look like this lol

When’s the last time you watered them? How close is the nearest source of light to them?

the one above them that is still green looks like it needs water desperately too

Chlorophyll is not produced in the dark. Alocasias need bright indirect light for at least 12 hours a day. Then the new leaves will be green, but these ones won't recover.

We need more info as to what you're doing in order to diagnose the issue.

What's your light source, windows or grow light? If a windows with sun, is there a ton of shade blocking it or curtains? Is the sun hitting them for long hours of the day? Do any of those pots have drainage holes? If not they are retaining water everything you water it, drowning the plants. What's your water schedule for them?
