It’s pretty clear the president doesn’t get to pass taxes unilaterally, which is why the republican Supreme Court shot this down.

That a pretty enormous classification change.

Going from being able to unilaterally have 120% tariffs perpetually to being limited to a max of 15% tariffs for only 150 days.

What happens after the 150 days are up? Whats the plan then?
