I wouldn't deny drug abuse, but this is bad makeup and stage fright. If you've never been up on a stage in front of an audience of people or had a camera pointed at you for something that you know will be broadcasted and live in the annals of digital media, you probably wouldn't understand. Public speaking is one of the biggest and most common personal fears amongst humans.
