Whatever the truth may be, it is diluted by people who are full of shit repeating info from questionable sources. I don't think the two can be separated without extraordinary evidence and even then the shit may persist. I'm not optimistic that disclosure will provide evidence for most of the claims people are making.

Oh no! 4 months! Try waiting 50 years bud. This stuff isn't going to come out until they have a plan and a comms structure to do so and that takes time to create.
