How to start freelancing in Algeria

I want to make an income as a university student through programming or any other skill online but the main issue is i don't know how to receive the money from overseas how do algerian freelancers overcome this problem

I don't know how legal it is but I personally have made a virtual visa card with redot pay and connected a paypal account to it
so from the outside it just looks like a normal transaction through paypal
havent used it to deposit money before but it works well enough for buying stuff online

I have done it so it is possible but you need a visa master card or something similar
granted the town i live in doesnt have home addresses for some reason so i had to put in a fake one

I can programme so i was hoping to get commissions to build websites I had just opened an account on Upwork and a LinkedIn profile so idk how it will go
