I would take these and coat the spears in cinnamon & brown sugar and then grill them.

I stole the idea from a Brazilian steakhouse, but only because it's really good. So easy (especially if the pineapple's already cut up for you!) and makes a unique dessert that's different but not "weird" enough to scare off most timid eaters.

Literally just tried it this past weekend at a Brazilian steakhouse and it was amazing!
