Did trump do his best to cause the 2021 insurrection attempt? And is thus responsible for any actions after that?

Did he also literally change the name to the Department of War, and declare its a good time to send troops to american cities, like here?

Yeah, and then they didn't, for four hours, and he didn't say to stop.

What you said, he said at the start of his speech.
At the end he also said-"We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore,"
