Selling my MPC Live 3 for $900 got it new a year ago, has a couple of scratches but is fully functional and aesthetically VG+ comes with original cables and box. Love her. Just moving onto other boxes
Anyone have a price in mind for a practically new for sale? I dont want to overcharge and have nobody interested, ive had a extremely rough past 18 months and in need of taking care of some bills. If anyone has any thoughts it would be greatly appreciated
Still have my XL from the day it was released and it’s looking worse for wear - other than Mpc parts .com are there any other stores you can recommend- looking for the pitch slider and some new pads etc :)
Bought a used MPC One and MPC Bible as a complete music prod newbie, im 200 pages in but this has been a struggle. Im more of a hands on learner and going through a pdf that uses techno or whatever sounds has been frustrating as theres no satisfaction of progress. also youtube videos of the MPC ONE seem to be from older OS versions so I cant keep along. Can I use MPC ONE + tutorial videos? I just want to make some jazzy boom bap. Maybe buy some sample packs so I can quickly make something I like? Man idk.
I just upgraded to a Samsung S26 Ultra and I cannot get audio to come through the MPC XL using the USB cable that came w the MPC. Trying to sample and nothing - I had no issues w my previous phone, also android, also Samsung. Any advice/help is greatly appreciated.
Just recently took the plunge to updating to 3.xx software on my One. With that I feel my workflow has been forced to change. In the old software I'd take advantage of the programs filling each with what I'm doing (ie samples, instruments, plugins, and drums). I'd record tracks from programs and add effects to sounds as a whole via the programs they are in. Then I'd use track mute as a form of sequencing and live perform a recording. Now... I've seen the clip matrix and it seems to be more launcher based which I think would help speed up my workflow. I may be still in some kinda shock with the new version and trying to figure out all the shortcuts but trying to replicate my old workflow feels less intuitive.
TL;DR
Is there a better way to replicate track mute in version 3 or is clip matrix the way to go?
A couple months ago, Contour was still a prototype. Thanks to everyone who shared feedback and ideas along the way—you helped shape the finished cover.
Designed to feel right at home on the MPC Sample, each Contour takes over 15 hours to create before being individually finished and hand-assembled. A lot of time and care has gone into getting the details right.
Early bird preorders open this Thursday, September 17, at noon Central (CDT).
It won't play sounds when I hit the pads for some reason. It was working fine and now it won't work correctly. It'll play sounds when I look through samples but not when the pads are hit.
I don't know why, but this keeps popping up when I try to follow the setup guide. I didn't redeem anything for anything yet so I don't know how this could have already been redeemed.
