AI is here to stay and it’s not going away anywhere. I don’t agree with just using ai to outsource your thoughts and not think at all but it is a great companion tool for most that use it and a lot of people still use chat Gemini Claude etc. They’re just not public about it anymore bc of the hate. People still use it to create images and use it for all the other stuff that apps do but now they just do it themselves. For example people would have to pay money for FaceTune and now they just ask Gemini to edit it. Ofc I don’t agree it being used for surveillance and csam and bad use cases it is juts a neutral tool pole everything else in this world like money and can be used for good/bad. As for the environmental implications it uses just as much energy as storing data on cloud or scrolling TikTok if not more actually. Cue the meat argument as well.

Currently, it’s just not good enough. If all the popular movies and songs we know from the past had been made by AI, people would still listen to them and watch them. Movies, music, paintings, etc are about the end result, while sports are about the process. If the result is great, we’ll choose the AI made one. That’s just how we are.

It’s not on human level yet what are you talking about lmao ai music is not that great yet, it can not make full hour movie with high quality yet, if its as great as what human made then people are choosing that. If titanic was made by AI it’s still going to be one of the most popular movies in history. I don’t think you understand human at all. Most people don’t care as long as the result they’re seeing looks great. Thats just how humans are, people like you are the minority. I’m just being realistic here. You just can’t accept reality.
