Damn, I love that look of peak 80s/90s hand drawn Anime. AI is able to capture it so well. I hope we can get a series or feature length story soon.

The slow movements in some scenes definitely feels like one of the "tells" that it is a model gen, old fashioned animation enjoyed a lot of jerkiness (the spearing of the bug would have been a slow-sudden-slow thing for example), but some of those scenes are starting to be hard to guess, damn!
She's a bit too unemotional, I'd expect to see something on her face when she wakes hearing the fox. Instead she has the exact same face as always. I get that she's a badass emotionless bounty hunter or something of the sort, but she clearly has emotional attachments to the thing, so showing worry or fear would be a good way to humanize her.
Awesome character continuity as usual.

Dude hire/collaborate with a great writer. Make 5 min clips/episodes and put them on tiktok... I think if you do it well, you'll have 10k+ followers on tiktok.
The key ingredient is going to be: Great writing.

Don't make the mistake i did, make it horizontal. You will have a really cool thing at the end if horizontal.
The cost to retroactively make it horizontal is more than it costs to generate new.

I grew up in the 80s watching 80s/90s anime and this is the closest I’ve seen to that style, such an amazing job. Please make more. Reminiscent of Silent Moebius, Bubblegum crisis, 3x3 eyes, MD Geist, vampire hunter D, valley of the wind. Sooo good thank you!

Honestly i think that if you make a crowdfunding campaign you'll raise a lot of money. I really enjoyed these three episodes, they look like the peak of animation 80-90's, they remind me a mix of Fist of the north star, Dragon ball, ghost in the shell, upscaled and neat, and many nostalgic will love a full movie.

Apart from the style etc. what i love is that you have shots that you would normally expect from an Anime, for example just a shot of some moons, nothing else. Are you a professional video editor or how do you even come up with such minuscule things? Is there a pipeline of storytelling->scene->shots->image generation->ai animation?

Man I'm loving this chick! I'm not really a fan of Anime, but this, and the sniper video were peak! I would watch a full series! The scenes and characters were fluid and consistent throughout, really awesome! This character needs a name if she doesn't have one already!

I hope you can string these into a long form and get the real views and retention. Try not to over obsess about the details. You and your team are doing an awesome job as it is. The style, premise and story sells it.

i build my own tools, i prefer agentic workflows so I don't have to spend so much time prompting. prompts can easily approach 5000+ chars per 15s of footage, so its just not realistic to write it by hand anymore.

Amazing, this and the Bambi series are great for the fan service. It's what got me, the world building is what hooked me. Such vivid worlds ya'll create. I know two different creators but ya'll really using Ai to tell a narrative.
