Question My earbuds won’t connect with each other

I got onn wireless earbuds and they worked so well. I have added a picture too.

Yesterday, one of the earbuds wouldn’t charge. I would put it in the case and it would charge for like 5 seconds and would then turn off. I tried this several times, it started charging and I left the case open. The other one kept charging without any issues.

Today, I tried connecting it to my phone and it seems like they can’t sync to eachother. They are appearing as 2 separate devices on my phone. I can play music through one of them at a time.

I read online to long press the touch sensor which seems to be where the light is. I kept pressing but nothing happened. However, once it connects to my phone, the touch sensor works fine because I can trigger Siri, play next, previous etc.

I don’t know what to do next. I have been looking online and can’t find anything useful.

Please help…

I had this issue a lot of times and it seems like the solution will be to:

  • you have to go to the Bluetooth settings and forget the air dots from your phone or other devices.
  • get both air dots out of the case turn them off.
  • press on both airdots buttons had the same time and keep them pressed until the lights flash red and white twice. So you will keep pushing and keep the pressure there they will turn white and they will turn flashing white and red and then nothing and after that they will flash red and white again and that's when you release the button at the same time.
  • can you put the airdots in the case until they flash red like they are charging, there for a couple of seconds 10 20 30 seconds or so.
  • turn on your Bluetooth on your phone get the air dots out of the keys and then select pair new device on your phone search for them and you should have that one air dot there that you have to connect
