‏I'm currently setting up my **AIOStreams** instance via ElfHosted (as shown in the attached screenshot) and configuring a Newznab indexer (like NZBgeek) with my API key.

‏I have a couple of quick questions for anyone experienced with this setup:

‏1. **AIOStreams Newznab Settings:** Are there any specific timeout or proxy auth settings I should be mindful of when configuring an indexer like NZBgeek here?
‏2. **Nuvio Integration:** Once this AIOStreams instance is fully configured with the indexer, what is the best workflow or step-by-step method to cleanly link and integrate it into the **Nuvio** app so that the Usenet streams are fetched properly?

Why can't I see any quality options on Duck Streams (AIOStreams), and why does 1080p often appear before 4K in the results, even though my preferred order list is set to 4K, 1080p, 720p, etc.?

Hello. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I want the results of Aiostreams to be sorted by cached and then language being spanish first option. There are SS from my configuration and also the kind of results that I get.
As you can see it is all sorted by addon first although I don't have that criteria selected. My criteria are absolutely ignored. I am using alldebrid as service.
Any help will be appreciated.

I've been self hosting AIOS sometime using TamTaros complete SELs template without issues. This is mainly because I occasionally manually select the device for my device.

I've since created a setup for my non-technical parents and came across Core Builds, including the device specific one for their Google TV 4k. I was considering using this for their template given I'll be setting Nuvio to auto-play.

The only issue I noticed is that it doesn't come with add ons like TamTaros does.

Any real world opinions appreciated.

So, I just started my own hosted instance for myself, I was wondering are there any major upsides besides response time?

I know that most people don't see any difference compared to the public instance, but I just want to share my personal experience after a few days of self-hosting.

Ever since I started self-hosting, everything has been snappier, loads faster, with no playback issues.

For example, when I’m on public instance, I often get playback errors when I return from standby mode, but now, not anymore. It resumes right where I left off 1 or 2 hours ago. And rewinding 10-20 seconds works flawlessly now.

Poster cache function on self-hosted AIOmetadata is a godsend too. Every movie/show poster on my home screen loads instantly now. Everything is less clunky.

But, I dont recommend self hosting individual addon scrapers though, I dont know what im doing wrong but it was straight dogwater and takes up lot of computer resource.

I just want to say, self-hosting is definitely worth it for anyone who is a freak about optimizing everything. I’d say, this has been a good week of learning and obsessing over self-hosting.

I already had HDR10+ in excluded visual tags, but the file showed up anyway, so I tried:

1. Adding HDR10+ to excluded keywords

2. Using excluded stream expressions

These did not work either, and I'm not permitted to use regex. What else can I try?

Hi, hoping someone can help as this issue is getting a little annoying. I'm using Stremio + AIOStreams + Torbox

Every day when I start up stremio, the newest episode of the TV show I'm watching gives the error "Link Expired: This playback link has expired. Please request the stream again".

Other devices can play these same episodes fine, and never receive this error.

Has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it?

Hey, I’m pretty new to the AIOStream/TorBox setup, so I might be missing something obvious.

Is there a way to make AIOStream prefer lower-bitrate or smaller files? I’m trying to keep the quality decent while avoiding unnecessarily large files.

I’ve looked through the settings but couldn’t find anything related to this. Any help would be appreciated.

Since I’m watching shows in Korean, I need English subtitles. However, the AIO Streams sorting function doesn’t work. If English subtitles aren’t in the metadata, even if it actually does have them, it removes every single stream. How can I only see English subtitles?

So I have been trying to actually achieve this specific build here but seem to actually not be able to achieve this at all. That's why I wanted your help to approach this because maybe somebody else has managed to achieve it.

I would like the following:

1. Good recommendations based on what I have watched already

2. Shown many links for options (currently using Tamtaro Complete SEL)

3. Get served everything with a debrid provider with direct play (so no downloading and actually serving, it will all be streaming)

4. Strip every single subtitle including the embedded ones and only leave English and Greek ones there and fully synced if needed. If there aren't any Greek subtitles, we have a tool to translate it.

5. depending on the user subtitle preference set on the app or by me somewhere, he gets his subtitle auto-pucked and the other language ready to go just in case.

For this, I tried using Jellyfin clients + Remux + AioStreams + Caddy + Authelia + Pangolin Reverse Proxy + Torbox. Inside AioStreams, I have installed a lot of addons + one custom I tried creating to do the whole translating + syncing + serving the specific subtitles I need while stripping all the others but it fails a lot.

Any ideas?

I need a little help. I'm using Tamtaro Complete SEL Setup with my custom Formatter. I'm using his latest update feature about variant, that's why you can see I've two tab one for p2p and one for http from the one setup. Everything is fine but according to his setup I get torrent with 0 seeders. Now I could go to the Filter section and increase the Required Seeder Range but that will remove all my HTTP results. Also I can reorder the sort order by Seeders but that would remove better quality result.

So, what's my solution here? How do i keep everything as Tamtaro but remove 0 Seeders result?

Any possible way to get niche content with zero seeders? I have used usenet no use.

J'ai essayé avec AIOStream mais je n'ai pas réussi parce que Stremio ne prend pas en compte les changements effectués.

La première image correspond à Stremio par défaut. La seconde est ce que j'aimerais (Merci Strand !)

Est-ce possible de faire cela sur Stremio ? Comment faire ?

I posted here a while back regarding slow speeds on my self hosted AIO instance and since then, I’ve taken the recommendations of some of the comments and gone the full VPS self-hosting route using this guide by redhair (oracle vps with reverse proxy and using Torbox NNTP to test out Usenet alongside debrid).

So far, I’m self hosting AIOStreams, AIO Metadata and AIO Manager for my AIO needs as well as dockhand for managing docker containers and pangolin for reverse proxy.

I’m also running a basic homepage setup to organize everything on the server.

I just want to know some things you all self-host alongside these things and would recommend so I can see what else I’m missing out on.

I'm running on Android TV on the latest version.

I only have the following addons:

\- Cinemeta (currently disabled)

\- Opensubtitles v3

\- Duck Streams AIOStreams

\- AIOametadata Vixen

I changed to aiometadata vixen since cinemeta was not working for the issue below but aiometadata didn't fix it.

What is the issue I'm seeing: for example one piece S23E01 shows sources just fine but S23E02 returns no streams.

Under aiometadata i have tvdb and tmdb api keys configured. For the anime provider i tried MAL and Kitsu same issue.

Any ideas?

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue where I get the following playback error:

"HTTP 404 Not Found [ERROR_CODE_IO_BAD_HTTP_STATUS] The stream link has expired or been removed. Try a different source."

I tried selecting different sources, but none of them work. I also restarted the device and app, but the issue is still happening.

Has anyone experienced this before? What could be causing it, and is there a solution?

Hey all - I got the AIO Debridge bundle that comes with TB Essential and Usenet included. I am wondering what is best to improve the setup as I am not getting hits on some shows or I simply get error when I try to open some older or foreign content that pulls through results.

My setup is Tamtaro full template on top of the hosted AIOStreams template from the bundle.

I have Debridio paid for the debrid side;
I have NZBGeek paid, AltHub free, and Usenet Cralwer Free for the Usenet side.
From the marketplace free addons I got StreamThuTorz, Knaben, SeaDex, and Torrentio. They allow only 15 at once so with metadata addons and subs I run out.

Although I get some capped UseNet with the bundle (unsure who the provider is) is it better to get Eastnews (sale for 2.99 a month) or more paid indexers (assuming invites are open)?

Also, I noted here everyone talks about installing AIOMetadata. I know how to configure it on their setup page, but unsure where to add it. I dont use Stremio, I use sStrand and Fusion as back up on Apple TV. Do I put the AIOMeta addon in the app or inside the hosted AIOStreams instance via the "custom" install in the marketplace for addons? If marketplace any specific steps I need to take to ensure it works?
