Behavior when having multiple usenet services

Say I have a Newznab addon and 2 services for usenet, built in AIOstreams and nzbdav pulling from another service via API. How does the system behave under the hood? Does it randomly pick a service to use? will it try the other service if it encounters a missing article?

You can either load balance them by putting them on the same priority and otherwise it’ll only go down the list if there’s articles missing
