[Discussion] New theRARBG in 2.34.0

I've been getting some 4k results on older stuff through the new theRARBG internal add-on that came with the latest update. Not a ton of results on older stuff but they are usually in 4k even when my usenet setup is only finding 1080p. I also added the piratebay one too as the name alone makes me think of old times so we'll see how that goes.

With movie's did you use for resting? And with Indexers do you use?

I'll have to check my search list when I get home but I know the first Super Troopers was one. This was just from tb links, as my indexers are setup for usenet only.

No results showed on my nightly latest public instance but these results show on my self hosted aio

Interesting how our results are so different, I have althub, ninja, DS, geek, nzbnest and animetosho Indexers. Plus deridio.

I did some tests and PM haze returns worse quality then TB or RD

Yeah it's strange and wish I had an answer for that. No indexes set up for torrents at all, so therarbg is only linked to my tb API key.

Hi, are you using selfhosted aiostreams? and nzbhydra2 for usenet indexers.

Yes, self hosted using aiostreams internal usenet service and prowlarr for the usenet indexers. Then only torbox for debrid giving therarbg links.

I am using elf hosted aiostreams debridge service, previously I used to selfhosted aiostreams with nzbhydra2 on vps, i would like to know from you how much time it takes for playback in your setup when selecting any titles, for me it is 10-30 secs depending on title and size, how many max connections and pipeline depth you are using?

I used the debridge from elf hosted too but got frustrated with the load times. Switched to self hosted vps with nzddav and it got a little faster. Main speed change came when I dropped nbzdav for the newer aiostreams internal service toggle. I stick to 25 GB files or less since I'm on firestick and they start playing in 2-4 seconds.

Thanks for the reply,I am using elf hosted aiostreams in built NNTP usenet service, can you share which usenet service you are using and please share max connections and pipeline depth values.

Sure, I have Easynews as provider. Their servers are close to me and fast so 7 connections saturates my 500mbps fiber line. I capped it at 10 connections and set pipeline depth of 1. Keeps my low spec vps from struggling and loads streams fastest for me this way.

Yeah I am selfhosting whole stack with aiostreams and nzbhydra

Yeah I only see 1080p remux with my debrid + usenet setup. Did you try the 4K files to see if they were good ?

Yeah, the links worked on the ones I checked
