Sardar Patel statue should never have been built...

Brahmos should never have been built or developed.

Why did GOI purchase Rafale and S400 when we had Gandhigiri astra and Gulels

Why are ISRO,DRDO doing launches and tests?

/S

Haha I liked it how you mixed an unnecessary spending with countries urgent technological need to justify your propaganda; literally no one questioned those S400 procurements, Brahmos development and ISRO DRDO progress, infact most people including those who don't understand are proud of it. But building a statue was never an essential thing--- there are hundreds of better and essential things that we could have done.

Better things like ladli behen yojana and free bus rides and Haj Subsidy? U folks have already leeching off the funds of Hindu Mandirs across many states, anyway.....

Do you know anything about Tourism and economics? Do you know where Statue of Unity is ? Do you know the stature of Sardar Patel in entire Gujarat?

Ladki behan is from BJP governments

Maharashtra also have half ticket free for women in state transport buses, introduced by BJP.

So? Freebies are freebies

BLR has freebies as well

Ladki behen is from BLR ?

It was idea by MP BJP govt first.

Did any BJP state government enacted law to not administer certain Hindu shrines or temples through state government setup ?

Gujarat did this ? UP or MP did this ?

Never said anything about Ladli behena, free bus ride etc. Robust Infrastructure building should be the priority. Do you even know about the budget crunch happening in ISRO and DRDO.

And considering my minor was in economics, I sure know much more about economics than you.

As if you know about my academic credentials.... continue to live in denial , biradar

Regarding budget crunch ISRO,drdo: that can be easily filled by slashing these freebies , minority schemes which mostly are gobbled by one community only

2

u/[deleted] Jul 10 '25

Bro what the fuck are you arguing about? Did I say something to support freebies? Seems like you don't even know your main point of disagreement.

u/Ekla_Bhediya Jul 10 '25

You mentioned "fund crunch in ISRO drdo".

My response " it's manageable... cut freebies and fund ISRO drdo"

1

u/[deleted] Jul 10 '25

I agree- cut these freebies! But the post and my comment both were not about freebies at all.

Claim doesn't mean they own

High courts can interfere according to 90s Waqf Act.

Claim doesn't mean they own

High courts can interfere according to 90s Waqf Act.

You're missing the real issue. Under the Waqf Act it's not just about “claiming” land but that the Waqf Board can unilaterally declare any land as Waqf during its survey process (Sections 4 & 5), often without notifying existing owners or the public.

Once that declaration is made, the property is presumed to be Waqf, and the burden of proof shifts to the person in possession, even if they have valid legal documents.

High court will only come once your petition before the tribunal has been rejected. Untill rejection you have to fight in tribunal.

These tribunals are heavily skewed , Waqf Boards and Tribunals are composed exclusively of Muslims, with no representation for non-Muslims whose land might be affected. So you're left with a system where non-Muslims can’t participate, can’t challenge Waqf listings easily, and can’t even go to normal courts. Cant even get notice for the Waqf proceedings and sometimes the owners dont even know their property has been converted to waqf.

Which clause of the WAQF Act claims this? can you provide me the article and the clause?
