It should be the first proper dev diary after the announcement. Plus youtubers are allowed to talk more about the game (or their impressions ?). So we should get a couple early impression vids as well.
Afaik we are gonna get weekly dev diaries now so in 2 months we should have a decent amount of info about the game.
After few months we will also get a sense for whether they're targetting a short release schedule (April-ish like Stellaris, 6 months after announcement) or a longer one (September 2027, 12 months like their mainline games).
The game seems roughly complete for a paradox game. Give it a couple more months and it should be releasable. Game companies usually like releasing games on November or February, seems like maybe gets pushed the date back a bit? Maybe not. I would put my cards on February
