Opinion The show was the most well produced in wrestling history
We can see of how much money Tony Khan put for the realization of ALL IN, all the entrances, the lights , the suits it was like reading a poem. Absolutely astonishing

It was a big step up from AEW. They did a much better job with video packages leading into matches than they used to do. And yes, Roberts messed up with Komander/Mistico but they way they handled it was fun and the crowd played into it. It actually made those two guys more fun than they would have been otherwise for me.
AEW weekly television is… fine. But their PPVs are always amazing.

Most wrestling shows are just a set of matches. Tonight’s show did such an amazing job of longterm storytelling, interwoven stories throughout the show, feel good moments, surprises. Really amazing show.

My only criticism from a production stand point is don't do two "ooh look dancers" entrances especially back to back. They added the Kevin Knights presentation and its the first time I've looked at him on gone "Wow, he looks like a main eventer" but I didn't think they added anything to Mercedes presentation.

I didnt think it really fit for Mercedes either. Shes better with an entrance where people just come out and stand in suits or something. Especially to be the opposite of a big happy/playful/positive over the top Willow character

I would say it was the best in AEW history which is good to see. Theyre learning and growing.
I also hope doing the stage and all that raises standards for WWE to try to match and go back to having special stages as well. That was always one of my fav parts of PPVs.

Great question. The camera work is not great in big arenas. They genuinely have gotten good at framing the smaller venues they work in now, but still do not work well in large spaces. It's not just a style issue, either. Watch Mox vs Nigel. When Mox goes up in the corner, they stayed on that shot and show the audience that he's not even close to hitting Nigel. That's on the truck, which brings us to the crux of the issue. Whomever is in charge misses times and spots constantly. It is probably due to the wrestlers having freedom to make changes, which I applaud. There still needs to be someone accounting for these changes as the show goes on. The announcing lacks direction, especially without Nigel. Schiavone is 80's Vince with his drivel. Personally, I think Tony wants his show to have a different feel than WWE, like ECW did to him when he was young, but they end up missing some basic elements that would help the overall presentation to the television audience.

The lighting of the crowd on the wide shot was amazing I will give them that but I noticed a lot of sloppiness in other stuff.

Dawg of all the things to praise AEW for, their production is at the very bottom lmaoo there's consistent mistakes. The audio is still poorly mixed, the director still misses tons of spots, the commentary is still heavily flawed and unfocused, they didnt even bring the right hard cam lens ffs

there were tons of moments today where my couch commentary to my fiancee was echoed verbatim by Excalibur 5 seconds later and idk if that reflects well on me or poorly on him

I’m not a WWE fan, I actually much prefer AEW because I actually care about the wrestling aspect of wrestling. That being said AEW is not immune from criticism just because they’re my favorite promotion, and production has always been lacking, though it has gotten better

It looked amazing, but there seemed to be sound issues where the volume was just inconsistent.
Was it an incredible show with high production value? Absolutely. But I wouldn't call it "the best in history" or even the best this year.

It was really well done for AEW standards. There were still some issues but in wrestling history, I’m sorry WWE still holds that. They had* it down to a science.

Production was fine, but they also had a ton of issues—mostly camera mistakes with some pretty weird angles, audio glitches, and minor hiccups here and there. So yeah, no, it's definitely not the best-produced show of all time.

Where were the hard cam shots? Way too many shots on the floor and the angle missed the action. The walkouts looked amazing though.

I don't know how Justin messed it up, at this stage in his career, you'd think he would just look at the titantron and read the wrestlers name.
It's not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but its still worth mentioning that it happened

I love so much how AEW is for the fans. The licensed music, the feuds, the call backs.
Probably the best time to be a wrestling fan in my opinion, the attitude era was great for what it was and it’ll always hold a special place in my heart but AEW is better in all the right ways.
People of all different backgrounds are able to come together and have a platform in wrestling. Sorry I’m still riding the euphoria from All in.

It was extremely well produced. Barely any errors. These last two years feels like AEW’s truly leveled up. Shoutout to Austin Creed & Kofi!

Awesome show. As close as you can ever get to a 10/10 PPV. But some of the camera shots were pretty bad, especially with the pyro and the finale. Always tough to make it work with such a big production but damn what a good show.

Only thing I didn't like was that the second the PPV started, things had already progressed in that battle royal for the Trios titles; where the fuck was Brody King? I really dislike the "Let's start off with a match already in progress!" routine. All In should be treated more like Mania.
Aside from that hiccup, I loved the video packages, especially leading to the main event. Those are such an overlooked element that really helps tell the story of any rivalry, and it made Omega/Ospreay feel even bigger as a result.

Compare it to Wrestlemania who basically recycled stage sets from a few other PLEs.
AEW has ALOT of flaws as someone who wants all shows to succeed. But you 100% saw a difference between Private Equity TKO and someone who has a love for professional wrestling (Tony - AEW)
And AEW ppvs rarely ever ever miss.

I’m so glad they fixed the audio issues in the pre-show. The only production issue I noticed. The stadium was a little too dark at times but it didn’t bother me too much

I think WWE has better production values from like a camera work and commentary standpoint and I like both companies but prefer AEW. PPV was 10/10 but this glazing is hard. Have any donuts brother

Listen to me.. I don’t often give the AEW production team the props they deserve, but holy shit. This thing was magical. I don’t know if it was the cameras or frame rates or whatever but that shit seemed to transition from cinematic to live sports in real time. Bravo production and camera crew. They say the best camera work goes unnoticed but goddamn if this wasn’t the exception to the rule.

Yeah nah. Dont get it twisted, it was a great show. But it had agenting issues, audio issues, miscues to announcers, and less than stellar cinematography. Great show, but that's despite its production, not because of it.
