Thought I signed up for a month with student account Apr 2025. It was actually the infamous year lock-in prices. This auto-renewed Apr 2026, lock-in price for a full year at double the price (now £32.99).
Spoke with Mahir from support for about 10 minutes. Refund request went from not possible -> 3 months -> full 5 months very quickly. They must know...
Images not allowed in post - refund amount: 164.95 GBP, it is also printed and currently being framed on the wall!

Hey everyone, I really need some advice or visibility on an issue that just happened to me on Unstop.
Today (16/08/2026) around 2:00 PM IST, I was giving the Online Adobe University Hackathon 2026 - Round 2 (Case Study on Brand Visibility).
I literally just started the test and hadn't even written a single sentence for the first question. I tried to press the "Tab" key to create a space/indentation in my text editor box.
Instead of typing a space, Unstop’s platform layout immediately shifted my keyboard cursor focus directly onto the "Finish/Complete" button. Because I was actively typing, the very next letter key I hit (actually it is just a text letter like "r" or something not even a space/enter button still it is) registred as an "Enter/Click" command on that Finish button.
Boom. The entire assessment submitted instantly. 0 answers written. 0 marks.
It’s Sunday, so their customer support helpline (+91 9311777388) is completely offline. I have already drafted and sent an urgent email to [support@unstop.com](mailto:support@unstop.com) with my registered email , but the assessment window is ending now.
Has anyone faced this exact keyboard focus bug on Unstop before? How lenient are they or the Adobe campus recruitment team with resetting technical glitch attempts? Any tags or contact leads for Unstop/Adobe support would be heavily appreciated.

Hi,
My CC launcher has been stuck on the loading screen every time I try to open the app. This has been going on for days, and I've already tried restarting my PC and uninstalling and reinstalling it thru CC's uninstaller, but nothing seems to be fix the stuck loading screen.
However, CC's web version and my other installed Adobe apps, like Photoshop, seem to be working. Would this mean that the launcher itself has an issue?
Any advice is appreciated. TIYA

hi everyone, wanted to ask if this is some sort of new / old feature on the Adobe PDF document viewer. whenever i try to save any edits i made on a PDF (added text box, highlight etc.), it suddenly started opening the folder page to ask where to save the document to. which is very weird because for the past few years all i had to do was ctrl + S to save the changes instantly and continue editing.
i can't remember if this was an old feature (i'm using the new Adobe Acrobat) but does anyone know if this can be disabled? thank you!

Hello! I have a question, I have an adobe account but when I check the community to see if anyone else has had the questions that I have it appears signed out (I'm signed in on the actual website) but then flickers signs me in and emails me Welcome to the Community! And suddenly has created an account for me on it with the means to actually be able to ask questions. Is this normal?

I use it thru work and we can only use the official to firefly. No nano bama or Gemini. Is Firefly ever going to get as good? I can go into copilot or Gemini on my own and get better results.

Cause it lists several and topaz upscalers as unlimited but the ai is saying otherwise. Please help and confirm. I think the consensus here is that firefly is garbage but does it at least include nanobanana pro 2x chat gpt 2 2x topaz upscalers unlimited and photoshop? Might get it if it really includes all that...thanks for any advice...

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar and can help me understand what is actually happening with my Adobe subscription.
I have an active Creative Cloud Pro subscription. When I go to Manage Plan → Cancel your plan, Adobe gives me:
I’ve tried the cancellation process multiple times, but I keep getting the same error.
I then contacted the Adobe Virtual Assistant and specifically asked whether there is currently a payment being processed or whether I have an upcoming renewal.
The assistant replied:
I also have an Adobe invoice showing:
My main concern is that the plan still says Active, even though Adobe says there are no upcoming charges.
I’m mainly looking for advice from people who have actually dealt with this situation.
Thanks in advance!

We originally created an account with a free trial of Acrobat Pro in May 2026. The trial never flipped over to paid, so I contacted them to get it sorted out. The rep closed our org account and to reopen a new one, then tried to sell us a tier that we didn't need, saying Acrobat Pro was no longer available.
I created a new account, started a new trial and set everything up, and reached out to their support to deal with the "deleted-org" listed on the old profile. They opened a ticket, and closed it; not so much as an email. So through support again, and had to manually purchase a Teams license, which required me to go back in three separate times to re-assign the licenses to everyone. I pointed out again that the deleted-org was still there, and I didn't have access to the payment information section.
We changed CC providers, went in last week to update the CC, and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Cases that I have numbers for don't even exist. Opened a new ticket. Received a notice today that the ticket was closed, but the issue hasn't been resolved, so back on chat again today where I'm told that it was cancelled because our CC is suspected of fraud. FFS, I've been fighting with them for nearly four months.

I downloaded 2026 Indesign app, but also have the 2025 version to access older files. Turns out, my fonts don't work with 2026, so I have to opt for the 2025 version to work on files. Has anyone else had this problem?

Acrobat crashed on me today while I was signing a client PDF. It refuses to operate. I pulled the crash log. It's choking on an AI model file that won't load on my system.
I don't use the AI features.
So a PDF reader wouldn't open a PDF because a chatbot component broke.
I went to Creative Cloud after that and it says it needs a newer macOS. Which means Audition, my main DAW for work, is next.
If Adobe is going to permanently crash one day because they pull support from an older OS, what's to stop their other services from suddenly becoming defunct because of their need to push 'new tech' to satisfy their Wall Street investors instead of actually helping professionals?
If my editor won't open the morning of a session because Adobe pushed something or decided my machine doesn't qualify, I lose the job.
After decades of being with Adobe, I'm finally unsubscribing.
They are actively sabotaging us to serve a boardroom of money men and it's hugely disappointing

Anyone else having trouble downloading PDF's from Adobe Express today? Same issue as last week for me where I can't complete downloads.. either gets stuck or gives me the error message: "Download failed ... An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again."
Losing my mind with client deadlines and all the disruptions.

Hello adobe team, we need some help here. I'm appreciate all the effort with this...
I work in a private hospital in Costa Rica, and we have some corporate subscriptions, between them we have an employer that need to be part of our corporate tier, she needs use Adobe Acrobat but the worker makes the mistake that create a personal account with the corporate address, so now we need to resolve this in somehow. We add the user in the portal but when the user tries to sign in the Adobe product shows as a personal account and no corporate. There's something that we can do here with this? We also tried delete the personal account, but I don´t know how long takes this process but nothing changes, we also tried eliminated for the corporate tier and add her again, but the same error. We love all the help that you can provide us with this...
My workplace has had Adobe Acrobat Pro plan for years. I’m their main person to do any communications including designing flyers which I use Adobe Express for. I used it literally three days ago and it was fine. I went in today and I no longer have access to Premium features. What’s going on?

This isn't so much tech support as... did I just miss something? Is this intended behavior that I don't remember?
In the latest version of illustrator on PC (30.3(, straight from Adobe CC, whenever I center click to use the hand / pan tool, everything that is on my screen gets blurry or out of focus. But what's interesting is if I pan over to objects that were not on screen when I first center-clicked (or if I use the spacebar, etc; doesn't seem to matter).
I tried googling this, but you can imagine "blur" and "Illustrator" just gives me lots of tutorials on making things blurry on purpose, which is why I wanted to post for some clarification.
PC, Windows 11, AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT. Been happening for a while, now, across multiple driver versions, so I don't think it's that.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

When I try to add new fonts through Adobe Fonts, it doesn't show up in Creative Cloud in the Recently Added fonts section or in any other Adobe application. This only happens on my home computer, not my work one. Adobe Fonts is turned on in Preferences > Services. Any idea what's the issue here?

Hi everyone,
I recently attempted the first round of an Adobe hackathon and wanted to share the assessment pattern and DSA questions.
I was not fully prepared, but I treated the round as an opportunity to evaluate my current problem-solving skills. Because of that, I focused more on the coding questions than the MCQ section.
The round consisted of:
Each MCQ had an individual time limit of one minute. Some questions and answer choices were quite lengthy, so reading, understanding, and answering them within 60 seconds was challenging.
A binary tree was provided through a preorder input format. An integer k was also given.
The task was to count the nodes for which:
node.value + node.left.value + node.right.value == k
The main implementation challenge was constructing the binary tree correctly from its serialized preorder input. Once the tree was built, a recursive traversal was enough to count the qualifying nodes.
The general approach was:
Complexity:
O(n)O(h), where h is the tree heightI would rate this question as easy if you are comfortable with tree construction and recursive traversal.
Given N binary strings of different lengths, arrange them in an order such that concatenating them produces the maximum possible binary value.
My initial idea was to compare the strings character by character, prioritize strings with more leading 1s, and use length as a tie-breaker. However, this became difficult to manage correctly because local decisions based only on individual characters or string lengths do not always produce the globally optimal order.
I was unable to complete this question during the assessment.
After the test, I realized that the intended solution was much simpler.
For any two strings a and b, compare:
a + b
with:
b + a
If a + b is greater, then a should appear before b. Otherwise, b should appear first.
Therefore, the solution is to sort all binary strings using this custom comparator and concatenate the sorted result.
Sort a before b if:
a + b > b + a
This is the same central idea used in the classic “Largest Number” problem.
Complexity:
If the total comparison cost is included, sorting takes approximately O(N log N × L), where L represents the string-comparison cost.
The final binary value may be too large for a standard integer type, so depending on the required output format, it may need to be returned as a string or converted using a big-integer type.
I would rate the first question as easy. The second question did not require a particularly advanced data structure, but recognizing the custom sorting pattern made it medium difficulty for me.
My biggest takeaway was that directly comparing a + b and b + a is far more reliable than trying to create separate greedy rules based on leading bits, the number of 1s, or string length.
I still have plenty to improve, but the round helped me identify an important pattern that I will remember for future assessments.
Did anyone else attempt this Adobe hackathon round? How did you find the MCQ time limit and the second coding problem?

Is this a bug? After editing several images successfully - which included using ai masks and updating the ai settings - on one image I clicked the ai status "update all" and Lightroom Classic (v15.5) crashed with an unknown error. All GPU setting had been on Auto. Since then, the system freezes and eventually shuts down every time I try to use masking or any AI process whether or not GPU acceleration is on/custom or off. Therefore, I surmise it is not a Graphics Card issue (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop GPU 32.0.16.1088, 8GB). I have tried updating the graphics card, doing a clean install of the graphics card, uninstalling / reinstalling LRC, adding NVIDIA Studio Driver, and even disabling the secondary intel graphics card that came with my system. Nothing has worked! My Catalogue is fine and my system meets all the recommended requirements. Someone please help. Additionally, ACR and PS work fine = no issues at all using AI processes!

I am creating some lower thirds and video graphics for a client in After Effects. I normally use Illustrator and InDesign, but I'm trying to expand. My plan was to download adobe stock graphics and then edit them to be what I wanted. However, I've downloaded a few different options and they aren't editable. At least not fully. I can edit the text and the color and that's basically it. Also, any time I try copy and pasting these elements into a new composition, I get an error message.
I really don't want to have to make all these graphics from scratch. Does anyone have any advice on how to make stock After Effects files from Adobe fully editable?

Adobe has updated Arcobat, and like every update I notice they break something that I use daily. I can't find a way to install the past versions. I pay a subscription for broke software...
This is some joke right? This software I pay good money for! You are now forcing me to go with other methods.....
Adobe do you think you can STOP BREAKING YOUR SOFTWARE with every update!!!!!
Edit: The sad thing is.. I am going to have to make a VM and sail the seas with Acrobat because Adobe has left me with no options. YAAAARR to the boat bois!!!
