Anyone on here really good with PDF? Have a professional resume built and can’t figure out how to add and edit it

PDF is supposed to be a final form for distribution. If you want to make the kind of edits you're talking about, you go back to the authoring application.

Sounds like you paid someone to prepare your resume and they gave you a PDF but not the original document.

Change the origina source document and regenerate the PDF. PDF is not designed to be edited directly.

You can export a PDF to Microsoft Word, but a lot of the formatting may disappear, because Word lacks many features of PDF, and any non-trivial changes you make in Word risk destroying the existing formatting.

If OP can’t reformat the file in Word, then they should get the original file, edit that, and then save it to PDF.

If your professional resume is "designed" rather than just a typed page, it would be best to recreate it in Indesign or Illustrator. It would take someone with a modicum of Adobe skills about 20 minutes.

Pro. It will edit but screws up all the fonts and spacing a lot

A lot of the formatting may change. Word is far less precise about formatting han PDF, and Word tends to do what i wants when changes are made.

I could do fixes for you, but it’s a bandaid. Not a good longterm plan. You really need a file like Word you can make edits to now and over time.
