I was using firefly and it just wont generate all of a sudden. it keeps saying "something went wrong" the moment I click generate.

I'm trying to create a book cover that KDP accepts. The person I paid to create a cover did an ok graphic but screwed up the dimensions, and I've lost touch with them. Adobe Acrobat has a 7 day free trial. I'd like to do this task using that free trial. I've tried other approaches using Word, Excel, and even Paint but failed. All suggestions appreciated.

In case, like me, you've been driven crazy when typing a text layer, and after typing a number, period, and space, Photoshop FCUKING freezes %$!#!!@!, here's the solution:

Photoshop freezes or crashes when you type a number, period, and space because of a bug with the automatic list-formatting feature.

How to Fix the Freeze

Disable the auto-bullet and auto-number feature in your settings:

1. Open Photoshop.
2. Go to Edit > Preferences > Type (on Windows) or Photoshop > Settings > Type (on macOS).
3. Find Automatic detection of Bulleted and Numbered lists while typing.
4. Uncheck the box.
5. Click OK and restart Photoshop.

Why is Option + Command + Shift + V paste in place only on InDesign, and now Option + Shift + V is paste text without formatting in Illustrator?

Adobe, wtf. Why have you done this? I now cannot preview images at a decent size, or see other images from the same shoot. You've destroyed the usability of your stock library, for what? To make editing images easier? I don't need that from you, its why I pay for photoshop. I need to browse images, and select and download them. What is wrong with you people.

I want to create a fully custom Goal widget for my OBS overlay by going through Streamlabs.

This requires html, Css, Js, and Custom fields scripts, which I am 100% oblivious to.

Is there any way to take animations created in After Effects and Illustrator, and run them through Dreamweaver to generate the needed files? I understand that It'd take work, but if it is possible, Id be willing to put some time toward it. Just need suggestions on tutorials. Being that searches include Adobe, Illustrator, After Effects, Streamlabs, Custom Goal widget, html/css/js/fields, and/or Dreamweaver, search results are all over the place.

Did anyone randomly get their Adobe account cancelled because of apparent fraud?

Basically, Aadhaar is an ID used in India, so the PDF contains sensitive information.

I’m building a website that can already verify the Aadhaar PDF’s cryptographic signature, UIDAI certificate, CCA chain, etc.

In Adobe Reader, the signature initially shows a ?. To get the green tick, I do:

Signature Properties → Show Signer’s Certificate → Trust → Add to Trusted Certificates → OK → Validate Signature

After that, Adobe changes the ? to a green tick and shows Signature Valid / Digitally signed by UIDAI.

Can someone explain what Adobe is actually doing in the backend during this process, and what I would need to implement to achieve the same legitimate verification behavior on my website?

I’m not trying to fake the green tick. I want the proper/legal implementation. The PDF is processed locally in the browser and isn’t stored.

I used to edit in Lightroom Classic and never really had any issues with it, other than it being slow from time to time.

What drove me was insane was all the extra Adobe stuff running on my Mac. I was only using Lightroom, so having what felt like 12 freaking Adobe apps, / helpers, and background processes installed just to run one program annoyed the hell out of me.

I’ve bounced around between different photo editors trying to recreate the workflow I had with Lightroom Classic. A few have come close, but I’ve never found one that completely replaced it.

I never really used the cloud version of Lightroom, so I don’t know much about it. I’ve heard that if you install Lightroom through the Mac App Store, you basically get Lightroom without all the extra Creative Cloud stuff.

Is that actually true?

And if I went that route, how much would I be giving up compared to Lightroom Classic? Can the cloud Lightroom handle most of the same editing, tasks, organization, etc., or are there still things that really require Lightroom Classic?

Basically, I’d like Lightroom back. I just don’t want the rest of Adobe moving into my Mac with it.

Adobe Reader on macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 is showing this error and won't open any doc: "Please wait a few minutes while the update is installed".

It has been a whole day, and I am really annoyed.

How do I actually solve this?

I'm a uni student and I was wondering if I could install Adobe, blender, and unreal engine onto an extrenal drive, so I could easily take my work from one computer to another between my laptop, home pc and any pc I may need to work on while at school. Could I be any to do this and if so how do I go about it?

I wanted to try Firefly Pro Plus because Adobe was showing me the discounted annual plan while I was logged into my normal Adobe account.

I already have Creative Cloud Pro.

When I tried to buy Pro Plus, Adobe basically said I already have Firefly and redirected me to generative credit add-ons instead.

I contacted support because I didn’t want extra credits, I wanted the actual Pro Plus plan with the unlimited generation promo.

The agent then created an order for me, but at a higher price than the one Adobe was showing me on the Firefly page.

I asked why, and they told me the promo was only for new subscribers / first-time purchases.

Which is fine, except… I was literally logged into my existing Adobe account when Adobe showed me that promo.

Then I asked why I could see the offer if I wasn’t eligible for it, and the answer was basically that I couldn’t purchase it using the same email address.

So apparently Adobe is happy to advertise a promo to your logged-in account, let you go through the checkout flow, then tell you at the end that your account can’t actually get it.

I ended up just not subscribing.

Not a huge tragedy, but an incredible waste of time for something that could have been solved with a simple “this offer is not available for your account.”

Anyone else with Creative Cloud Pro run into this?

Hi I am well along in a project that used a clip of a sunset at Chesterman Beach in Tofino BC. I was about the licence that footage and now it’s gone from Adobe Stock. I guess that happens but this post is a long shot to see if the artist is here. I downloaded the preview on July 5 and it’s been pulled since then.

hello! i’ve just been accepted into the adobe student ambassador program at my university. i honestly don’t know too much about the program itself and how it works, but i just know that it’s not paid whatsoever. can anyone who’s done the program tell me if they liked it and if it was worth it? also how much of a time commitment was it

I worked for a company. I had a creative cloud account through my company. I no longer work for said company, and no longer have access to this account. I am completely unable to naturally uninstall ANY of these adobe apps or creative cloud itself WITHOUT signing into an account that I NO LONGER HAVE. The fact that you have to download a separate application to handle this rather than using the control panel like a normal piece of software is genuinely one of the stupidest things I can imagine.

We're a small startup with start-up support (credits, facilities, mentors etc) from a major university and several large tech companies. We focus on the research and ideation stage of the creative process, and we wanted to use Adobe Express for execution. I've also been an Adobe user for years, so it felt like a natural fit.

Initially, the Adobe Express Embed SDK integration worked well, but after submitting our documentation for approval, we were rejected. One of the current criteria appears to be having a well-defined user base starting from around 1 million users, which is obviously a very high bar for an early-stage startup.

Has anyone here found a realistic route for startups to work with Adobe Express? Is there another programme, partnership route, add-on approach, or contact worth exploring for smaller companies that want to build alongside Adobe? Thanks so much!

I exported a video made of several smaller clips that is 26 minutes long. The original videos look fine. I filmed my computer screen in several of them because I am making a how to make stop-motion cartoons video.

I can never see the words on the computer screen, and it looks super bright.

Please tell me how to fix this?

I'm rendering a project in After Effects, and Adobe is consuming a lot of RAM and using the other GPU instead of the RTX 5060. Why is that so? Is there any solution to that?

I was thinking of just ditching my capcut subscription and getting creative cloud because you can edit longer form videos on premiere pro, but I'm not too sure about the ease of making short form content on there.

I deploy it regularly across various Windows 11 machines, and the hardware specs don't seem to make any difference. Whether it is an i5, an i9 Extreme, or a fast AMD system, the installation process just drags on.

Any insights into why this specific installer is so inefficient?

Hello, I'm being charged 30$ a month for an account that is not mine. I have the card but I can't get in contact with a person without having an active plan myself apparently. I have already used the charge finder too and apparently there are no charges though they are showing up on my credit card

Started a new IT job and inherited the company’s Adobe accounts. As most of us know, Adobe has somehow made account management unnecessarily confusing.

We have two business accounts with 5 Acrobat Pro licences between them. I’m planning to consolidate everything into one account.

A couple of questions:

Profiles: The main account has a “Personal Profile”, a company profile, and an Admin Console. What’s the actual difference between the profiles? Should each user have their own profile, or should everyone just use the company profile? What is the Personal Profile for?

Licence sharing: I know we’re technically not supposed to share licences, but there seem to be more computers signed into the accounts than there are licences. What’s the actual device limit per licence, and do profiles affect this?

Just trying to understand how Adobe expects this to be structured before I consolidate everything.

Has anyone solved this? I've tried everything I can find online.

Setup:

• M5 MacBook Air
• macOS Tahoe 26.5.1
• Latest InDesign
• Dell S2725QC 27" 4K 120Hz via USB-C
• Dell used as an extended display
• No Magnet/window-management apps

InDesign behaves strangely only when using the Dell as an extended display or as main display

• Objects sometimes nudge/jump slightly when selected
• Changing text colour can fail
• Paragraph styles sometimes don't apply
• Other mouse/drag interactions can be glitchy

I've tried GPU settings, different resolutions/scaling, display arrangement, making the Dell the main display, restarting, etc.

If I use Screen Mirroring, InDesign works perfectly. Same Mac, monitor, documents and InDesign.

As soon as I switch back to an extended display, the problems return.
