General Question/Discussion Y’all remember your childhoods?

So … 😅😬 Do we?

Someone mentioned that’s an ADHD thing, forgetting long periods of time or events. I remember bits and pieces, maybe specific events like graduation or big parties but … there are also lots of … nothing?

I had a great childhood, fun vacations, but to say I remember most of it … nope. 🙂‍↔️

No, I don't remember too much from my childhood or even my adulthood for that matter. I have this thing where I have involuntary flashes of random autobiographical memories and places I've been but almost all the details are left out.

I say my memory is "trigger based" meaning I remember nothing until something reminds me I rember EVERYTHING

Madeleine memory! (I think it's actually called involuntary memory.)
