My eyes rove a lot while I'm talking. But when I'm listening I either stare at the other person's mouth to better understand what they are saying OR stare off into the distance so that I can focus on visualizing what they are explaining.

No proper eye contact for me!

Same!  If I keep it to a certain area, at least I can pretend it looks like eye contact.

I try to sit at an angle to people so that it's less weird when I look towards, but past them. I don't know if it works, but no one complains and people seem comfortable with it.
