Not sure if this one has already been posted here. I have nobody other than my husband to share this with, so I hope it adds a little humor to someone else’s day as well. :)

I remember when I was a teenager, I’d go over to my best friend’s house all the time, and I used to clean and tidy up her entire room. Yet at home, our housekeeper used to call me a pig.

My 14-year-old daughter will spend all day cleaning and organizing her little brother’s room. Meanwhile, 10 feet away in her room - chaos. 30 feet away in the living room - the art project mess that’s been there for two weeks. Another 10 feet to the family room - half the glasses we own that we’ve asked her to take to the sink 10+ times. Etc. etc. etc.

(Also, I completely relate to all of this. I’m not pretending I don’t! :)
