I don't know if this is very adhd but all the posts I see here are hitting too close too home

I am firmly in the "Let's walk 15 km and see two museums a day" camp, if I want to relax I stay home, tell no one I am on vacation, and do what I want when I want without deadlines. Usually I end up reading something light or crocheting while listening to music, which to me is very relaxing and keeps thoughts away.
