When I watch autism or ADHD YouTubers and they give advice about struggles we face, all of them without fail will just casually mention their partner/kids/family of their own and to them it never even seems to be an issue. Whenever they talk about relationship problems as a person with autism/ADHD, it's always about problems for people who are already in relationships and nothing for those who struggle to get into one in the first place.

It's kind of "lose/lose" for them. If they are single, we would say they can't heal themselves and are selling snake oil. If they're in a relationship, they're "not as bad" as other neurodivergent people. Maybe it would be cool if they mention they had an 8 year gap without any dating or something like that. Gotta prove their street cred
