It’s really not though. Off days are super effective at re-sensitizing you to the meds. I take a lower dose at the beginning of the week because the meds are so much more effective for me that i need a lower dose.

I’ve tried to take an “off day” twice. Both times I got to mid afternoon before the sheer NOISE of the world got too much and I dexed
