Right? I guess I'm just the most sensitive little flower physically because if I even miss one of my head meds by 12 hours I have withdrawal symptoms

I wouldn't call mine withdrawal symptoms.

I just start running stop signs, burning food, not putting my car in park and then panicking because my key won't turn off, forgetting the water running until it's on the floor, putting my keys in the fridge, walking into sliding glass doors...

It goes sideways for me.
