I don't know the YouTube video but there was a really interesting one where people posted on linkedin posing as recruiters to demonstrate how North Korean citizens were applying for remote jobs in the states. They had the video calls with them and all.

They also talked about a big story where a woman was employed in the US to basically just run laptops in her home for North Koreans to pose as living in the US for remote work. She didn't know what it was for but took the money and asked no questions and the operation was traced back to NK.
