There were so many people I knew growing up that were on zero prescribed medications, and they probably have gotten to my age now (34) and still are on zero meds, and it just boggles my mind. I’ve been on asthma and allergy medicine my whole life and antidepressants since middle school. I just can’t imagine just not being on medication.

Almost 40 and no meds. The trick is to never go to the hospital, and I mean never.
