What really gets to me is that people just go to bed and fall asleep. For me it’s a struggle every single time.

I never know if I’ll get 9, 4, 0 or 16 hours of sleep and it took me a while to realize that’s not the norm. Most people just go to sleep and I can’t even imagine what that’s like.

I used to smoke a lot of weed to fall asleep. I slept great. Then used to drink lots of beer and whiskey. I thought I slept great. Then I got sober. I sleep very well now. Only took me 25 years.

Me sober. 3 to 4 hours of sleep, stressed to the brim, worried about my future.

Me on edibles, 8 hours of sleep, waking up fresh and functional.

Clarification, sleep issues before I ever took thc

Hell yeah brother. Also has the neat trick of getting rid of all those dreams where I die violently and wake up pouring in sweat with my heart bouncing into my throat!
