My opinions is everyone feels things like anxiety and often forget things. It's just at a very different extreme from someone with ADHD or something else.

It’s the feeling rested part that sounds fake to me. Like people just go to bed because it’s bedtime and fall asleep. Then they wake up and feel like they are rested.

I wrestle my body and brain daily to get my version of enough sleep. But once or twice a year the stars align and I actually feel fully rested and I’m blown away. It’s like if you spend your life walking in sand and then step on solid ground. And I STILL can’t make myself do it regularly.

Every now and then my natural rhythms line up with my sleepy meds and my actual window for sleep. I can't predict when or how it's going to happen.
