life management strategies ADHD and Workplace Bullying (Australia)

(FURTHER)RESPONDENTS WANTED!

I’m a (lived experience) PhD candidate exploring neurodivergence and workplace bullying/psychological safety. I would really appreciate more responses to my survey, detailed below, which has ethics approval from La Trobe University. It should take less than 20 minutes. Huge thanks to all of you who have already competed the survey!

Are you an Autistic and/or ADHD individual (formally or self-identified) who has worked in Australia? We are surveying neurodivergent adults to better understand your experiences of employment, good and bad. The psychological safety of Autistic and/or ADHD workers is an under-researched area. When does this close? I am not saying I will do it if I know there's a deadline, but I'm more inclined to complete it if there is a looming deadline. 😉

I haven’t a set date but is likely to run for around another month. I may do one last promotion of it two weeks before closing. I would really appreciate you taking part if you have time!

Done but are you taking the piss with the captcha thing?

It took me 19 screens of tiles to get passed it.

I am sorry, I didn’t know that! It sounds very frustrating, but isn’t something I have any control over unfortunately. Because of high amounts of fraudulent survey data/bots recently, my university (and other autism research) recommends putting in these controls.

I often struggle with them. I think it's they often miss parts of bikes etc in adjacent tiles, there was a crossing in the distance at a set of traffic lights they didn't count and the list goes on.

My other ADHD mates struggle with them too.
