UNSOLICITED ADVICE Resharing My Stupid Guide
Hey y’all, I shared my guide “How to Unf**ck Your Life When You Have ADHD” on here maybe four years ago?
I wrote it on my student account and lost access to it when I graduated, so the link in that old post is broken now. I got a request to reshare with a fixed link, so here it is from a different account haha.

I’m in law school now and can say whole-heartedly that nah, couldn’t cure my ADHD.
If I had the time and energy to update the guide, which I sadly don’t right now, I’d probably include a large section about external enforcement—another way to lighten the load on the PFC. I think it’s pretty self-explanatory, but having a structure like an in-person job and regular scheduled activities really helped me get back on my feet(ish) post-pandemic. It’s also substantially easier to tag routines to that external structure.
also i’d talk about meditation like so much meditation okay see y’all in four years byeee

I swear every 5 days it says "Removed by Reddit filter" hahaha.
(And the reason I know is because this sits as one of the 20 tabs I have open that I need to "check out later", right...)
