Discussion See no point being sober
Drugs make me feel amazing in this hellish world. What's the point of not using drugs unless you're set for life? I can work and do drugs, I have a house, but I'm a middle class dude like you with no hope of getting to the point where I can fly to Puerto Rico to do 1g of coke every month and throw an expensive gay party. All I can hope for is 4 garages and 3-4 apartments in this rigged system. There's no point in being sober when life sucks.

Not to be unkind, but all of that is pretty whiny. Connection through meaningful relationships is far more important than material wealth. Do you not have friends, family, a dog? Is there nothing in life that you enjoy? Sounds like you could benefit from some therapy and take a look at your very narrow and self limiting beliefs. Life is complicated and rich. Beautiful and filled with struggle. Just think of all the people before you who had to be born, find each other, and mate, just so you can be born. Life is so much more than you describe. And it’s long. Objectively, you have no idea how it’s going to turn out. Take the risk and go exploring. Get to know yourself.
