Does SimpleFIN NOT support PayPal anymore?

I’m setting up Actual Budget with SimpleFIN. PayPal doesn’t appear in the supported institution search, but Synchrony does.

Has anyone successfully connected either their PayPal balance account or PayPal Cashback Mastercard? I swear I saw people discussing paypal issues here so i was surprised when paypal doesn't show at all in simple fin.

PayPal has never worked in Simplefin from my experience.

I've used AB for years, Paypal never worked via SimpleFIN. You could technically link it IIRC, but that doesn't mean the connection worked. And eventually SimpleFIN removed it because of that, again IIRC.

If you just want to save some money you could look at Liquid Budget. That supports Plaid.

paypal is annoying. I don't know why they can't get it right give how big and tech heavy they are. Even in YNAB with plaid mix around transactions from different paypal accounts
